General Freebies Questions & Answers

Should I use my home email address?

What should I choose when a site ask how I found them?

I never received the samples I Requested!
I can't see the Canadian Provinces?
There is no samples offered on a site!

Should I use my home email address

That is entirely up to you, it is your choice to use your home email address or a free one.

Always be cautious to what information you are providing.

Always using a different password when you need to register on a site.

What should I choose when a site ask how I found them?

I suggest you choose either a friend or search engine, but the choice is yours

Some site may choose NOT to send you the item if you say you found them through a freebies site

I never received the samples I sent away for

Companies usually advise to expect your sample to arrive within 2 to 6 weeks, Depending on the amount of request they have received.  Most time it will take longer then what they posted on the site.

For example:  They may tell you it will take 2 to 6 weeks to receive your item,  but because they receive so many request it may mean.  2 to 6 weeks after they actually got to your request

Not all companies listed on this site are as fast to process requests as you would with a

well known major name brand.

Some items you have requested may not come at all. Companies may be overwhelmed and decide to only process a fix amount of forms submitted to them.  It's always up to the company.

Another option  is to re-apply for this sample if the promotion is still available, or you can contact

the company to let them know you have not received it. Many times they will send the item.  Be polite and courteous it will get you further than blasting them with insults.

Other reasons why you may not receive the item you requested.

Some companies use a tracker on their site, meaning they can see if a customer came upon their site through a freebies site or someplace else.

When they see it came from a freebie site they may decide NOT to send the sample to the customer, it's up to them.  Yes there are spoilsports out there just ordering free items for the heck of it and this ends up ruining it for us interested consumers.

If you really want an item and don't want them to know you found their promotion through a freebies site, just type in the url address directly in your browser.

Just be patient, remember it's a free item you did not have to pay for

Although I try to post legit sites that offers samples, it is very likely some are just out looking to Spam your email or gather information and sell it to companies who uses it for the purpose of sending you useless information.

There is nothing I can do about this.  It is your choice to make an informed decision.

Always be careful of what information you are providing. If you are not confident about providing your information to a certain site, don't provide it.  It is always your choice.

Samples Galore does not guarantee the validity of the offers presented on this site

Because you did not receive the item you requested does not mean my site is a fake.

I can't see our Canadian Provinces

Some fields will say choose a State / Province or just State by itself, but if you scroll through the

list you will see them.  Many times they are posted all the way to the end of the list

No Samples on a site

All sites posted are offering a sample at the time I have added it to this site.

Once the company has reached the amount of samples they want to give away, they may either

take the page offering the sample down or simply remove the link and leave their main site up.

Some page will let surfers know they are no longer offering the sample and some just won't say

anything at all.

I remove the dead links ( unreachable sites ) on a weekly basis or when I get a chance to do so.

If a site is still reachable even though it is no longer offering samples it is left on this site.  I do not

have time to go through each and every link on this site to see who is still offering samples and

who isn't.  When I do come across them they are removed or if a viewer noticed some  they are more than welcome to email me to let me know.
